Return Policy

Apparel and accessories printed with GotFawear.com are direct-to-garment and produced individually for each customer.  Before shipping your product, all merchandise is thoroughly reviewed by our quality control team.  While we strive for perfection, we understand things happen. If for any reason, your item is not to your liking, feel free to contact us at customerservice@gotfanwear.com.  If you experience misprinted/damaged/defective items, claims must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.

Lost in transit – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be reported immediately within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.  We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Wrong address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Note: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

GotFanwear.com reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
